Please note there are parking restrictions in effect all around Willows Park during the Oak Bay Tea Party weekend. These parking restrictions are in place in order to permit emergency vehicles easy access to and from Willows Park. Look out for signs. Tow trucks are working overtime! It is suggested that you either be prepared to walk several blocks, ride your bike and use our secure bike facility or, take the bus.  B.C. Transit will have regular Saturday and Sunday service on the Tea Party weekend and extra buses on the Saturday night.

We also have a secure bike facility operated by Capital Bike & Oak Bay Bicycles.  Bike to the Tea Party with the family….beat the traffic and avoid the parking headaches!

The secure bike facility hours of operation are:

– Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
– Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
– Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY BICYCLES LEFT IN THE FACILITY AFTER CLOSING TIME WILL BE TAKEN TO THE OAK BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
